Make the still artwork earn its place in a video feed

The cover does not need to become a film. It needs enough movement to carry the song into a video-first feed.

Choose what should move

If the cover is already strong, do not bury it under effects. A slow spinning record with the artwork on the label keeps the release recognisable while the surrounding spectrum proves that the movement belongs to the track.

If the artwork is simple or mostly type, pair it with spectrum bars, a waveform or a split layout. Movement should frame the cover rather than make the title impossible to read.

Build for a phone screen

Preview the Reel at roughly the size it will appear in the feed. Details that look obvious on a desktop can disappear once the interface surrounds the video.

Keep the artwork away from the extreme top and bottom of the frame.
Use a crop that leaves the release title readable.
Choose contrast between the art, background and moving visual.
Open on a section where the sound and the image both change quickly.

Reuse the same source intelligently

Can the artwork stay still while something else reacts?+
