BeatVisualiser is operated by InvisibleHustle Ltd. These terms govern your use of the service. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. They are written to be plain, not to bury anything.

The service
BeatVisualiser is a web app that turns your audio into a visualiser video. You upload a track, pick a style, and export an MP4. Rendering happens in your browser; we do not process your files on our servers.
We provide the service on an "as is" basis. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that it will fit every use case.
Your content
You keep all rights to the audio, artwork, and videos you create. We claim no ownership over them and, because they never reach our servers, we have no copy of them.
You are responsible for having the rights to any audio or artwork you use. Do not use BeatVisualiser to create videos from material you are not allowed to use.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Plans and billing
The free tier is available at no cost with the limits described on the pricing page. Pro is billed monthly or yearly. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment for ongoing access to Pro features.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund, no questions asked, on Pro subscriptions and the Lifetime pass. Email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, and do not use it to create unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, BeatVisualiser is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
